Topfulfil didn’t start as a big plan. It started with experience—and a sense that things could be done better. After 10 years in foreign trade, our founder Amber kept running into the same issues: slow communication, inflexible suppliers, and systems that simply didn’t match how modern eCommerce brands operate. At the same time, eCommerce was growing fast, and it was clear the old way of doing things wasn’t going to keep up. So she decided to build something different. In 2019, we started with a small 300㎡ warehouse and a team of four. No complex structure—just a clear focus: help eCommerce sellers source better products and fulfill orders more reliably. Most of our early clients were selling into Europe, and one of those first partnerships is still with us today. They understood marketing and knew how to sell. We focused on everything behind the scenes—sourcing, operations, and fulfillment. It worked. And that’s how we’ve grown ever since—not by chasing volume, but by growing alongside our clients. As more brands joined us, we expanded step by step. Today, we operate from a 2,500㎡ facility, supported by a full team covering product development, sourcing, quality control, logistics, and customer support. What started as fulfillment has evolved into a more complete system—helping brands manage and improve the parts of their supply chain that directly impact growth. We’re still building, still improving, and still working closely with the people we serve. Many of the brands we work with today have been with us for years, growing from early-stage sellers into more established businesses.
